Synergie is seeking Production | Assembly Workers to join a fast-growing, Australian-owned manufacturer of precision-engineered steel framing systems in Edinburgh. This role offers full-time hours with potential permanency after probation. Pay Rate: $35.16/hr penalties Hours: 5:30am – 1:30pm Monday to Friday About the Role You’ll be assembling steel frames for residential homes in a fast-paced factory environment. The role is hands-on and physically active. Key Responsibilities Assemble steel frame components using hand and power tools Repetitive manual handling up to 20kg Follow diagrams, work instructions, and production plans accurately Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets Perform quality checks and report any issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace What We’re Looking For Physically fit candidates capable of repetitive tasks Motivated, reliable, and hands-on team players Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or construction is a plus, but training is provided Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
